Gebakken ananas met
honing en kokos
Dessert, 8 porties
Voorbereiding 10 minuten
+ 12 minuten in Airfryer
1 kleine ananas
2 eetlepels honing
1 eetlepel limoensap
25 g gedroogd kokos
1 liter ijs of (mango)sorbetijs
Extra: bakpapier
Verwarm de Airfryer voor op 200 °C. edek de
bodem van de mand met pakpapier. Laat aan de
randen 1 cm ruimte vrij.
Snijd de ananas in de lengte in tween en
verwijder de schil en bruine puntjes. Verwijder de
harde binnenkant. Snijd elk stuk in de lengte in 
parten.
Meng honing en limoensap in een kom. estrijk de
ananasstukken met het mengsel en doe ze in de
mand van de Airfryer. estrooi met kokos.
Schuif de mand in de Airfryer en stel de timer in
op 12 minuten. Wanneer u de timer hoort, is de
ananas warm en goudbruin.
Serveer de ananasstukken met een royale schep
ijs of sorbetijs.
Ananas frit au miel et à la
noix de coco
Dessert – 8 parts
Environ 10 minutes de préparation
+ 12 minutes de cuisson dans la friteuse Airfryer
1 petit ananas
2 cuillères à soupe de miel
1 cuillère à soupe de jus de citron vert
25 g de noix de coco déshydratée
1 l de crème glacée ou de sorbet (de mangue)
Accessoire : papier sulfurisé
Préchauffez la friteuse Airfryer à 200 °C.
Recouvrez le fond du panier de papier sulfurisé en
laissant 1 cm d’espace sur les bords.
Coupez l’ananas en deux dans le sens de la
longueur, puis retirez la peau, la couronne, la partie
inférieure et son cur, trop dur. Coupez chaue
moitié en 4 morceaux dans le sens de la longueur.
Mélangez le miel et le jus de citron vert dans un
bol. adigeonnez les morceaux d’ananas de ce
mélange et mettez-les dans le panier de la friteuse
Airfryer. Parsemez de noix de coco.
aites glisser le panier dans l’appareil et réglez le
minuteur sur 12 minutes. Lorsque le minuteur
sonne, l’ananas est chaud et bien doré.
Servez les morceaux d’ananas sur des assiettes,
accompagnés d’une généreuse boule de crème
glacée ou de sorbet.
Fried pineapple with honey
and coconut
Dessert – 8 portions
10 minutes preparation
+ 12 minutes Airfryer
1 small pineapple
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lime juice
25 g desiccated coconut
1 l ice cream or (mango) sorbet
Extra: baking parchment
Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C. ine the bottom
of the basket with baking parchment, leave 1 cm
around the edge uncovered.
Cut the pineapple lengthways in half and cut away
the skin and deep crowns. Remove the tough
core. Cut each half lengthways into 4 wedges.
Mix the honey and lime juice in a bowl. rush the
pineapple sections with the mixture and put them
in the Airfryer basket. Sprinkle the coconut on top.
Slide the basket into the Airfryer and set the
timer for 12 minutes. Once the timer rings, the
pineapple will be hot and golden brown.
Serve the pineapple sections on plates with a
generous scoop of ice cream or sorbet.
