Niniejszy produkt spełnia zasadnicze wymagania zawarte w:
- rozporządzeniu Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 15 grudnia 2005 r. w sprawie zasadniczych
wymagań dla sprzętu elektrycznego (Dz. U. Nr 259 poz. 2172), dokonującym transpozycji
europejskiej dyrektywy 73/23/EWG, dotyczącej wyposażenia elektrycznego
przewidzianego do stosowania w pewnych granicach napięcia;
- rozporządzeniu Ministra Transportu i Budownictwa z dnia 27 grudnia 2005 r. w sprawie
dokonywania oceny zgodności aparatury z zasadniczymi wymaganiami dotyczącymi
kompatybilności elektromagnetycznej oraz sposobu jej oznakowania (Dz.U. Nr 265 poz.
2227), wdrażającym postanowienia dyrektywy Rady 89/336/EWG, dotyczącej
kompatybilności elektromagnetycznej;
- rozporządzeniu Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 15 kwietnia 2004 r. w sprawie dokonywania
oceny zgodności telekomunikacyjnych urządzeń końcowych przeznaczonych do
dołączania do zakończeń sieci publicznej i urządzeń radiowych z zasadniczymi
wymaganiami oraz ich oznakowania (Dz.U. Nr 73 poz. 659), wdrażającym postanowienia
dyrektywy 1999/5/EWG, dotyczącej urządzeń radiowych i telekomunikacyjnych urządzeń
końcowych,
i w następstwie nosi oznakowanie CE.
Zgodność z zasadniczymi wymaganiami została potwierdzona certyfikatami nr:
BST11030329Y-1EC-1, wystawionymi przez BLUPONT BUSINESS SERVICES.
