Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Notruffernbedienung dient zum Schutz von älteren oder
allein lebenden Menschen.Bei Aktivierung sendet die Not-
ruffernbedienung ein Funksignal aus, dass von
Alarmanlagen der Protect-Serie empfangen werden kann.
Voraussetzung für eine bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
ist die sachgemäße Installation sowie die Beachtung und
Einhaltung der Hinweise dieser Bedienungsanleitung.
Jede andere Verwendung giltalsnichtbestimmungsgemäß.
Eigenmächtige Veränderungen oder Umbauten, die nicht in
dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben sind, sind nicht
zulässig und führen zur Beschädigung dieses Produkts.
Darüber hinaus können Gefahren, wie z.B. Kurzschluss,
Brand, elektrischer Schlag etc. nicht ausgeschlossen
werden.

Hinweise zur Benutzung
Die Notruffernbedienung kann in der Tasche oder um den
Hals gehängt ständig mitgeführt werden. Kommt esineinem
Bereich der Wohnung beispielsweise zumSturz, wird durch
einem Druck aufden SOS-Knopf der Notruffernbedienung
(î 1-1) ein Alarmsignal an der Basiseinheit einer
Alarmanlage der Protect-Serie ausgelöst.

Bitte prüfen Sie den Verpackungsinhaltgenau.Sollte etwas
fehlen oder durch den Transport beschädigt sein,dürfen Sie
die Notruffernbedienung NICHT in Betrieb nehmen!
Inbetriebnahme
Die Notruffernbedienung wird mit eingebauter Batterie aus-
geliefert.UmdieNotruffernbedienung in Betrieb zu nehmen,
entfernen Sie auf der Rückseite den Kunststoffstreifen
(î 2) von der Batterie.
Notruffe rnbedienung an Alarmanlage an-
melden
Die Notruffernbedienung muss an eine Alarmanlage der
Protect-Serie angemeldet werden.
1. Wählen Sie an der Alarmanlage den Menüpunkt
Registrieren aus.
2. Drücken Sie die Notruftaste (î 1-1) an der Notruffern-
bedienung.
3. Wenn im Display der Alarmanlage die Meldung
Fernbed. mit einer Nummer dahinter erscheint, war die
Anmeldung an der Alarmanlage erfolgreich.
4. Ändern Sie den Eintrag in der Alarmanlage bei Bedarf.
Wie Sie die Alarmanlage konfigurieren,entnehmen Sie
bitte der Bedienungsanleitung zur Alarmanlage.
Batterien wechseln
1. Lösen Sie miteinemPräzisionsschraubendreher die
Schraube des Batteriefachs aufderUnterseite der
Notruffernbedienung.
2. Entfernen Sie die Batteriefachabdeckung.
3. Nehmen Sie die innenliegende Batterie heraus.
4. Legen Sie eine neue Batterie Lithium CR2430 3 V in das
Batteriefach ein (Polung beachten!).
5. Setzen Sie die Batteriefachabdeckung auf das Batterie-
fach.
6. Schrauben Sie die Schraube fest.
Regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege
1. Reinigen Sie die Gehäuseoberfläche mit einemweichen
und fusselfreien Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Chemikalien
oder Scheuermittel.
2. Führen Sie 1 x monatlich und nach jedem Batteriewech-
sel eine Funktionskontrolle durch.
3. Führen Sie 1 x jährlich einen Batteriewechsel durch.

Intended Use
The remote emergency button enables people who are old
or living alone to issue an SOSalarm in the case of an
emergency.When activated, the SOS button sends a radio
signal which can be received by alarmsystems from the
Protect series.
A condition for complying with the intended use is that the
equipment is installed correctlyandthe information in this
operating instruction manual is observed and maintained.
Any otheruse is considered unintended use.Unauthorised
modifications or reconstructions notdescribed in this operat-

Notes on Use
The emergency button module can be carried in a pocket or
hung around the neckso it is permanently close by. If the
person should fall somewhere in their residence,for ex-
ample, a simple press on the SOS button on the SOS button
module (î 1-1) transmits an alarm signal to the base unit
of the respective Protect alarm system.

Please checkthe contents ofthe package carefully. Ifany-
thing is missing or has been damaged during transport,DO
NOT put the SOS button into operation!
Starting Up
The SOS button is supplied with a battery already inserted.
To put the SOSbutton into operation,remove the plastic
strips (î 2) from the battery on the rear side.
Registering the SOS Butt on on t he Alarm
System
The SOS button must be registered on an alarm system
from the Protect series.
1. Select the
Register menu option on the alarm system.
2. Press the SOS button (î 1-1) on the SOS button.
3. When the message
Remote:,followed by a number, ap-
pears in the alarm system display, registration on the alarm
system was successful.
4. Change the entry in the alarmsystem as necessary.
To configure the alarm system,please refer to the oper-
ating manual related to the alarm system.
Changing the Batteries
1. Use a precision screwdriver to loosen the screw in the
batterycompartment on the underside of the SOS button.
2. Remove the battery compartment cover.
3. Remove the batterycontained.
4. InsertanewCR24303Vlithiumbattery in the battery
compartment (ensure correct polarity).
5. Replace the cover on the battery compartment.
6. Replace and tighten the screw.
Regular Maintenance and Servicing
1. Clean the surface of the housing with a soft, lint-free
cloth. Never use any chemicals or scouring agents.
2. Complete a function test once a month and after chan-
ging the batteries.
3. Change the battery once a year.

Remarques concernant son utilisation
La télécommande pour l'appel d'urgence peutvous accom-
pagner partout, soitdans la poche ou pendue autour du cou.
Si une personne tombe chez elle,il lui suffit d'appuyer sur le
bouton SOS de la télécommande (î 1-1) et une sirène
d'alarme sera déclenchée sur l'unité de base du système
d'alarme de la série Protect.

Mise en service
La radiotélécommande estlivrée avec une pile intégrée.
Pour mettre en marche la télécommande, retirez à l'arrière
la bande plastique (î 2) de la pile.
Déclarer la télécommande pour l'appel
d'urgence sur le système d'alarme
La télécommande doit être déclarée sur un système
d'alarme de la série Protect.
1. Sélectionnezsur le système d'alarme l'option de menu
Enregistrer.
2. Appuyez sur l a touche d'appel d'urgence î 1-1) de la
télécommande.
3. Si le message
Télécommande apparaîtavec un numéro
derrière dans l'afficheur du système d'alarme,la déclaration
sur le système d'alarme a réussi.
4. Au besoin, modifiez votre saisie dans le système.
Pour configurer le système d'alarme, servez-vousde
son mode d'emploi.
Changer les piles
1. Desserrezla vis du compartiment à pile situé sous la
télécommande avec un tournevis de précision.
2. Retirez le cache.
3. Retirez la pile.
4. Insérezune nouvelle pile de type Lithium CR2430 3V
dans le compartiment prévu à cet effet (attention à la pola-
rité exacte !).
5. Remettez le cache en place.
6. Resserrezla vis.
Entretien et maintenance réguliers
1. Nettoyezla surface du boîtier avec un chiffon doux etnon
pelucheux. N'utilisez pas de produits chimiques ou abrasifs.
2. Effectuez un contrôle de fonctionnement 1 foispar mois
et après chaque changement de pile.
3. Changez de pile 1 fois par an.

Il telecomando per chiamate d’emergenza è concepito per
la protezione di persone anziane o persone che vivono da
sole. Una volta che il telecomando per chiamate d’emergen-
za si attiva viene trasmesso un segnale radio che può esse-
re ricevuto dagli impianti d’allarme della serie Protect.
Requisito per un impiego conforme è la corretta installa-
zione come anche l’osservanza delle indicazioni fornite
nelle presenti istruzioni d’uso.
Qualsiasi altro impiego è considerato improprio.Non sono
ammesse modifiche o variazioni arbitrarie, che non siano
espressamente descritte in queste istruzioni e che possono

Note sull’utilizzo
Il telecomando per chiamate d’emergenza può essere porta-
to con se in una tasca o appeso al collo. In caso, ad esem-
pio, di una caduta all’interno dell’abitazione, premendo il
pulsante del telecomando per chiamate d’emergenza
(î 1-1) viene lanciato un segnale d’allarme all’unità base
di un impianto d’allarme della serie Protect.

Verificare il contenuto della confezione. In caso dovesse
mancare qualcosa o risultare danneggiato dal trasporto,
NON mettere in funzione il telecomando perchiamate
d’emergenza!
Messa in funzione
Il telecomando per chiamate d’emergenza è fornito con
batteria integrata. Per mettere in funzione il telecomando
per chiamate d’emergenza,rimuovere sul retro l a striscia di
plastica (î 2)dalla batteria.
Registrare il t e lecomando per chiamate
d’emergenza all’impianto d’allarme
Il telecomando per chiamate d’emergenza va accoppiato ad
un impianto d’allarme della serie Protect.
1. Selezionare presso l’impianto d’allarme la voce di menu
Registra.
2. Premere il tasto di chiamata d’emergenza (î 1-1) sul
telecomando perchiamate d’emergenza.
3. Nel momento in cui sul display dell’impianto d’allarme
viene visualizzato il messaggio Contr.distanz seguito da una
cifra,significa che la registrazione all’impianto d’allarme è
stata eseguita con esito positivo.
4. Se occorre, modificare la voce nell’impianto d’allarme.
Le indicazioni su come configurare l’impianto d’allarme
sono riportate nelle istruzioni d’uso dell’impianto d’allar-
me.
Sostituire le batterie
1. Allentare con un giravite di precisione la vite del vano
batterie presente sul lato inferiore del telecomando per
chiamate d’emergenza.
2. Rimuovere il coperchio del vano batterie.
3. Estrarre la batteria inserita al suo interno.
4. Inserire una nuova batteria al litio tipo CR2430 3Vnel
vano batterie (osservare la corretta polarità!).
5. Posizionare il coperchio del vano batterie nuovamente
sul vano batterie.
6. Stringere saldamente la vite.
Cura e manutenzione regolari
1. Pulire la superficie dell’involucro esterno con un panno
morbido e antipilling. Non utilizzare sostanze chimiche o
detergenti abrasivi.
2. Verificare il funzionamento del dispositivo 1 volta al mese
e ogni volta che si sostituisce la batteria/le batterie.
3. Sostituire la batteria/le batterie 1 volta all’anno.

Beoogd gebruik
De noodoproep-afstandsbediening dient ter beveiliging van
oudere mensen ofvan personen die alleen wonen. Bij acti-
vering zendt de noodoproep-afstandsbediening een radio-
grafisch signaal dat door alarmsystemen uit de Protect-serie
kan worden ontvangen.
Voorwaarde voorhet beoogd gebruik is de juiste installatie
en naleving van de instructies in deze gebruikshandleiding.
Elk ander gebruikis niet toegestaan.Eigenmachtige wijzi-
gingen of ombouw die nietin deze gebruikshandleiding
beschreven zijn, zijn niettoegestaan en leiden totbeschadi-
ging van dit product. Daarnaast kunnen gevaren, zoalskort-
sluiting, brand, elektrische schok enzovoort niet worden
uitgesloten.

Aanwijzingen voor gebruik
De noodoproep-afstandsbediening kan in uw zak gestoken
of om uw hals gehangen en altijd meegenomen worden. Als
binnen de woning bijvoorbeeld een valpartij ontstaat, wordt
door een druk op de SOS-knop van de noodoproep-af-
standsbediening (î 1-1) een alarmsignaal op de basis-
eenheid van een alarmsysteemuit de Protect-serie geacti-
veerd.

Controleer de inhoud van de verpakking zorgvuldig.Als er
iets ontbreekt ofdoor het transportbeschadigd is, mag u de
noodoproep-afstandsbediening NIET in gebruik nemen!
Apparaat in gebruik nemen
De noodoproep-afstandsbediening wordtmet ingebouwde
batterij geleverd. Om de noodoproep-afstandsbediening in
gebruik te nemen verwijdertu aan de achterkant de kunst-
stof strook (î 2) van de batterij.
Noodoproep-afstandsbediening op
alarmsysteem aanmelden
De noodoproep-afstandsbediening moetop een alarmsys-
teem uitde Protect-serie worden aangemeld.
1. Kies op het alarmsysteem het menu-item
Registreren.
2. Druk op de noodoproepknop (î 1-1) op de Noodop-
roep-afstandsbediening.
3. Als op het display van hetalarmsysteem de melding
Afstandsbed. met een nummer erachter verschijnt,is de
aanmelding op het alarmsysteem geslaagd.
4. Wijzig de vermelding in het alarmsysteem bij behoefte.
Hoe u het alarmsysteemconfigureert, vindt u in de
gebruikshandleiding voor het alarmsysteem.
Batterijen vervangen
1. Draai met een precisieschroevendraaier de schroef van
het batterijvak aan de onderkant van de noodoproep-
afstandsbediening los.
2. Verwijder de afdekking van hetbatterijvak.
3. Neem de batterij eruit.
4. Plaats een nieuwe batterij lithium CR2430 3 V in het
batterijvak (let op de aansluiting van de polen!).
5. Zet de afdekking op het batterijvak.
6. Draai de schroefaan.
Regelmatig onderhoud en regelmatige
verzorging
1. Reinig het oppervlak van de behuizing met een zachte,
niet-pluizende doek. Gebruik geen chemicaliën of schuur-
middelen.
2. Voer 1x per maand en na elke batterijvervanging een
functietest uit.
3. Voer 1x per jaareen batterijvervanging uit.

Uso previsto
El mando a distancia de llamada de emergencia tiene como
objetivo la protección de personas mayores o que vivan
solas. Si se activa el mando a distancia de llamada de
emergencia, este emite una señal por radio que puede ser
recibida por las instalaciones de alarma de la serie Protect.
La observación yel cumplimiento de las advertencias que
figuran en el presente manual de instrucciones,son requi-
sitos para el correcto uso del aparato.
Cualquier otro uso será considerado no previsto. No se
admiten cambios o transformaciones realizadas por cuenta
propia que no se describan en el presente manual de ins-
trucciones ya que pueden provocar daños en el producto.
En tal caso, no se podrán excluir con seguridad peligros
como por ejemplo, cortocircuitos, incendios, descargas eléc-
tricas, etc.
¡El mando a distancia de llamada de emergencia solo
funciona en combinación con una instalación de alar-
ma de la serie Protect!

Advertencias acerca de la utilización
El mando a distancia de llamada de emergencia puede
llevarse siempre consigo en el bolsillo o colgado del cuello.
Si se produce,por ejemplo, una caída en una zona de la
vivienda, pulsando el botón SOS del mando a distancia de
llamada de emergencia (î 1-1) se activa una señal de
alarma en la unidad base de una de las instalaciones de
alarma que forman la serie Protect.

Compruebe el contenido del embalaje detenidamente. ¡En
caso de que falte algo o se haya producido algún daño
debido al transporte, NO debe ponerse en servicio el mando
a distancia de llamada de emergencia!
Puesta en servicio
El mando a distancia de llamada de emergencia se entrega
con una pila. Para poner en servicio el mando a distancia
de llamada de emergencia, debe retirar la franja de plástico
(î 2) de la pila en la parte trasera.
Conectar el mando a distancia de
llamada de emergencia a una instalación
de alarma
El mando a distancia de llamada de emergencia debe co-
nectarse a una instalación de alarma de la serie Protect.
1. Seleccione el punto del menú Registrar en la instalación
de alarma.
2. Pulse la tecla de llamada de emergencia (î 1-1) en el
mando a distancia de llamada de emergencia.
3. Cuando aparece el mensaje
Mandodist. seguido de un
número en la pantalla del instalación de alarma, la conexión
a la instalación de alarma ha tenido éxito.
4. Cambie el registro en la instalación de alarma si fuera
necesario.
Consulte el manual de instrucciones de la instalación
de alarma para configurar la instalación de alarma.
Cambiar las pilas
1. Suelte el tornillo del compartimento de pilas en la parte
inferior del mando a distancia de llamada de emergencia
con un destornillador de precisión.
2. Retire la tapa del compartimento de pilas.
3. Extraiga la pila.
4. Introduzca la nueva pila de litio CR2430 3 V en el com-
partimento de pilas (¡Tener en cuenta la polaridad!).
5. Coloque la tapa del compartimento de pilas sobre el
compartimento de pilas.
6. Apriete el tornillo.
Mantenimiento y cuidado periódicos
1. Limpie la superficie de la carcasa con un paño suave y
libre de hilachas.No utilice sustancias químicas o abra-
sivos.
2. Una vez al mes y después de cada cambio de pila lleve
a cabo un control de función.
3. Una vez al año lleve a cabo un cambio de pila.
