Overal toegang tot uw notities
Wat hebt u aan notities, plannen en ideeën als deze alleen maar op een computer
thuis of op kantoor staan? Zorg ervoor dat al uw notitieblokken altijd beschikbaar
zijn door u aan te melden bij OneNote met uw gratis Microsoft-account wanneer u
de app de eerste keer start.
Moeiteloos opschrijven en
tevoorschijn halen
Met OneNote hebt u nooit te weinig papier. Als u nieuwe pagina’s wilt maken, tikt
u op het plusteken (+) boven aan de zijbalk. Tik in de lijst Recente notities op de
naam van de pagina die u wilt bewerken. Als u wilt zoeken naar andere notities, tikt
u op het pictogram [≡] en typt u in het zoekvak.
Opslaan is niet nodig
In OneNote worden al uw wijzigingen automatisch opgeslagen terwijl u werkt,
zodat u dat nooit hoeft te doen. Zelfs wanneer u de app afsluit of de tablet in de
slaapstand gaat, worden uw notities altijd opgeslagen, zodat u kunt doorgaan waar
u was gebleven.
Als u van gedachten verandert over recente bewerkingen, gebruikt u het pictogram
Ongedaan maken rechtsboven. Als u een toetsenbord hebt aangesloten, kunt
u hiervoor ook op CTRL+Z drukken.
Als u uw notities in de cloud wilt beheren, gebruikt u een versie van de
OneDrive-app om u aan te melden en uw notitieblokken te bekijken of gaat
u naar http://www.onedrive.com in een browser.
Aanraken of klikken waar u wilt
In OneNote kunt u werken in de tabletmodus wanneer u onderweg bent of in de
laptopmodus wanneer u een muis en toetsenbord hebt aangesloten.
Tik ergens op een pagina of in een tekstregel om de cursor te activeren. Dubbeltik
op bestaande tekst om een selectie te beginnen. U kunt de selectie vervolgens
aanpassen door de grepen te verslepen die verschijnen.
Als u met de rechtermuisknop wilt klikken zonder een muis, houdt u uw vinger op
tekst of objecten om contextmenu's te openen met extra opties en opdrachten.
