Austauschen von Nachrichten und Verwenden von Outlook
Beantworten oder Weiterleiten einer Nachricht
1. Klicken Sie in einer geöffneten Nachricht auf
Antworten oder klicken Sie auf Menü > Allen
antworten oder Weiterleiten.
2. Geben Sie im Textfeld Ihre Nachricht ein.
3. Klicken Sie auf Senden.
Wenn Sie auf eine E-Mail von Outlook E-Mail antworten oder
diese weiterleiten, werden weniger Daten gesendet, wenn die
ursprüngliche Nachricht nicht bearbeitet wird. Dadurch können Sie
Übertragungskosten sparen.
Hinzufügen von Anhängen zu E-Mails
1. Klicken Sie bei einer neuen Nachricht auf Menü >
Einfügenund klicken Sie auf Bild oder Sprachnotiz.
2. Wählen Sie ein Bild aus oder nehmen Sie eine
Sprachnotiz auf.
Herunterladen von Anhängen

Bei einer geöffneten Nachricht, die einen Anhang enthält,
markieren Sie den Anhang. Der Anhang wird dann
heruntergeladen, wenn Sie das Telefon das nächste Mal
synchronisieren oder eine Verbindung mit dem E-Mail-Server
herstellen und E-Mails versenden und empfangen.
Herunterladen von Nachrichten
Wie Sie Ihre Nachrichten herunterladen, hängt vom Typ
Ihres Kontos ab:
• Wenn Sie E-Mails eines Outlook E-Mail-Kontos
versenden und empfangen möchten, müssen sie das
Telefon zunächst mit ActiveSync synchronisieren.

Wenn Sie E-Mails von einem E-Mail-Konto versenden und
empfangen möchten, das Sie bei einem ISP haben oder
auf das Sie über eine VPN-Server-Verbindung zugreifen
