PRAKTISCHE HINWEISE

■

Stellen Sie die Speisen immer in die Mitte des Grillofens, nur so kann die Hitze

optimal zirkulieren und die Speisen werden gleichmässig gegart.

■

Überfüllen Sie den Grillofen nicht, es muss immer ein Abstand von mindestens

3 cm zwischen den Heizelementen und den Speisen und Gefässen bestehen,

andernfalls könnte sich das Gerät überhitzen und beschädigt werden.

■

Sie können die Speisen mit Alufolie abdecken, um sie zu backen. Achten Sie

aber darauf, dass die Alufolie weder die Heizelemente noch die Seitenwände

des Gerätes berührt. Zudem ist es empfehlenswert die Alufolie mit einigen

kleinen Löchern zu versehen, damit der Dampf entweichen kann.

Bedecken Sie das Grillgitter (f) nicht mit Alufolie, da dann das überschüssige

Fett nicht ablaufen kann und eventuell zu spritzen und zu rauchen beginnt.

Beim Kochen kann sich leicht Rauch bilden. Beachten Sie die folgenden

Punkte, um die Rauchbildung zu vermindern:

Entfernen Sie abstehende Enden der Speisen, besonders das überschüssige

Fett.

■

Tauen Sie gefrorene Speisen auf, bevor Sie sie garen.

■

Sollte das Fett während dem Garen zu spritzen beginnen, sollten Sie den

Temperaturregler (a) auf eine tiefere Temperatur stellen.
