Ingredienti per 6 persone:
1 barattolo fette di ananas (446 ml; peso sgocciolato: 260 g)
6 pomodori
pepe
grasso per la pietra di sale
150 g formaggio fresco con erbe della Provenza (60% grasso)
basilico per guarnire
Disporre frutta e verdura sulla pietra di sale calda.
Far sgocciolare l’ananas. Lavare i pomodori, tagliarli in fette spesse e cospargerli con pepe. Scaldare
la pietra di sale seguendo le istruzioni e cospargere con il grasso. Grigliare le fette di ananas per circa
4 minuti. Girarle una sola volta. Grigliare le fette di pomodoro su di un lato per ca. 1 minuto, girare,
spennellare con formaggio fresco, salare e grigliare per un altro minuto.
Guarnire con basilico.
Tempo di preparazione ca. 15 minuti (escluso il tempo di attesa). Ca. 930 kJ/ 220 kcal per porzione.
Salsa tartara
1 cucchiaino di panna per insalata
1 cucchiaino di prezzemolo tritato
1 cucchiaino di erba cipollina tritata
1 pizzico di dragoncello
1 spicchi d’aglio pressati
1 cucchiaino di cipolle tritate
1 goccio di succo di limone
2 capperi tritati
1 cetriolino sottaceto tritato
1 uovo bollito 10 min. e tritato
Ricotta alle erbe
2 cucchiaini di ricotta
1 cucchiaino di panna per insalata
1 cucchiaino di erba cipollina tritata ne
1 cucchiaino di prezzemolo tritato
1 cucchiaino di succo limone
