Telefondisplay

• F. Warum erscheinen auf dem Display fehlende, fehlfarbige oder helle Punkte,

sobald ich das Telefon einschalte?

A. Das ist ein typisches Merkmal dieser Art von Displays. Einige Displays

können Pixel oder Punkte enthalten, die an oder aus bleiben. Dabei handelt

es sich nicht um einen Defekt.

Kamera

• F: Warum sehen Bilder verschwommen aus?

A: Überprüfen Sie, ob das Schutzfenster des Kameraobjektivs sauber ist.

Bluetooth

• F: Ich kann eine Bluetooth Verbindung nicht beenden. Woran liegt das?

A: Falls ein anderes Gerät mit Ihrem Telefon verbunden ist, können Sie die

Verbindung entweder über das andere Gerät oder durch Deaktivieren der

Bluetooth Funktion beenden. Wählen Sie die Ansicht für die Bluetooth

Funktion, und wählen Sie die Einstellung Bluetooth→ Aus.

• F: Warum kann ich das Gerät meines Freundes mit Bluetooth Funktion

nicht finden?

A: Prüfen Sie, ob die Bluetooth Funktion auf beiden Geräten aktiviert ist.

Prüfen Sie, ob die Entfernung zwischen den beiden Geräten höchstens
