Ik hoor ruis en kan het uitzendkanaal niet instellen als ik naar de radio luister.
■
Uw speler kan worden beïnvloedt door elektrische apparaten in de buurt.
Zorg voor voldoende afstand.
■
De oortelefoon functioneert als antenne bij het luisteren naar de radio.
Het kan daarom gebeuren dat de ontvangst slechter wordt als u geen oortelefoon gebruikt.
Of de FM-ontvangst is zwak in bepaalde gebieden. Wij hopen dat u hiervoor begrip hebt.
Ik kan het bestand niet van de PC downloaden.
■
Verbindingen met de PC door middel van verlengingskabels, zoals een USB-hub, worden
niet gegarandeerd.
■
Zorg dat u de USB-kabel gebruikt, die als accessoire is meegeleverd met het product, als u
de speler op de PC aansluit.
Klantenondersteuning
De FY500 stopt opeens en schijnt het soms niet te doen.
■
Controleer de batterij. Gebrek aan batterij-capaciteit kan veroorzaken dat de FY500 stopt.
Ik heb moeite met het upgraden van de firmware.
■
Probeer het gebundelde MPIO-programma te gebruiken. Mac-gebruikers kunnen gewoon de
bestanden in de FY500 kopieëren.
