Download de laatste firmware voor Macintosh via de MPIO website, decomprimeer het en sla het op in uw PC.

Schakel de FY500 in en sluit het aan op de computer met een USB-kabel.

Save the firmware upgrade file (Image.dat, Player.rom, and Upgrade.axf) in FY500.

Koppel de FY500 los van uw computer.

Firmware upgraden in Macintosh
Firmware wordt automatisch geupgrade als het apparaat is losgekoppeld van uw PC.
Als de firmware upgrade voltooid is, schakelt de FY500 automatisch uit.

Klantenondersteuning
●
Er is minimaal 10MB vrije geheugenruimte in de FY500 nodig voor een firmware upgrade.
●
Het wordt ontraden het FY500 geheugen te formatteren met behulp van een Macontosh PC. Als u een Macintosh
PC hebt, en u wilt het geheugen formatteren, neem dan contact op met ons servicecentrum.
●
De firmware upgrade voor Macintosh is gecomprimeerd met Stuffit. U krijgt toegang tot de revisie details (.TXT)
en het firmware upgrade-bestand (Image.dat, Player.rom, and Upgrade.axf) als u het bestand decomprimeert.
●
Als de speler wordt geschud of de batterijen zijn aan het leegraken tijdens de formware upgrade, kan het apparaat
kapot gaan of mankementen gaan vertonen.
Opmerking
De bestanden in de FY500 zullen zijn verloren na het upgraden van de firmware.
Problemen oplossen
Ik kan de speler niet aanzetten.
■
Als de batterij helemaal leeg (flat) is, kan de speler niet worden aangezet.
Vervang de batterij en zet de speler aan.
Ik hoor geen geluid of ik hoor alleen ruis.
■
Controleer de stand van het volume.
■
Uw speler kan worden beïnvloedt door elektrische apparaten in de buurt.
■
Als het muziekbestand beschadigd is, kan er ruis of geluidsonderbreking \optreden.
De letters op het LCD zien er misvormd uit.
■
Reset de taal naar Engels in [Taal] (Zie pagina 46). Stel vervolgens de
bestandsnaam in met behulp van het menu [nummer-informatie] (zie pagina 47).
Als het probleem nog steeds niet is opgelost, neem dan contact op met onze
klantenservice. Een aantal speciale tekens/talen kunnen er echter nog steed misvormd uitzien.
Ik kan zien dat wat geheugen gebruikt is, maar ik kan geen opgeslagen bestand
vinden.

Voer de [Format & Config]-opdracht uit met behulp van het MPIO-programma. (Zie pagina 62.)
Bij het uitvoeren van bovenstaande opdracht, worden alle bestanden uit het apparaat gewist.
U kunt het gegevensbestand alleen controleren als de speler op de PC is aangesloten.
