terd)
1 theelepel bouillonkorrels
1 theelepel zout
1 snufje peper
140 g bacon in plakjes
500 ml bouillon

Bereiding
Meng het paneermeel en de melk. Laat
het mengsel enkele minuten wellen.
Voeg het gehakt, het ei, de ui, de mos‐
terd en de bouillonkorrels toe. Kruid het
mengsel met zout en peper.
Vorm van de massa een gehaktbrood,
wikkel er bacon omheen en doe het ge‐
haktbrood in de ingevette ovenschaal.
Giet 100 ml bouillon in de schaal.
Met het automatische programma:
Giet - volgens de aanwijzingen op het
display - de resterende bouillon bij.
Zonder automatisch programma:
Giet na de helft van de bereidingstijd de
resterende bouillon over het gehakt.
