Nederlandse hachee
Totale bereidingstijd: 250 minuten
voor 6-8 porties
Ingrediënten
500 g uien
30 g boter
30 g olie
1200 g rundvlees, blokjes
peper
zout
1 eetlepel bruine suiker
2 eetlepels bloem
1,2 l runderbouillon
2 laurierblaadjes
4 kruidnagels
70 ml azijn

Bereiding
Schil de uien en snij ze in kleine blokjes.
Maak boter in de pan heet. Giet, zodra
het spatten nalaat, een flinke scheut
olie toe en verwarm deze.
Braad het vlees met zout en peper krui‐
den aan langs alle zijden.
Voeg uien, laurierbladeren, kruidnagel
en bruine suikter toe en laat het geheel
3 minuten lang braden.
Bestrooi het vlees met bloem en braad
2-3 minuten verder.
Voeg al roerend runderbouillon en azijn
toe om een gebonden saus te krijgen.
Plaats het vlees in de Gourmet-pan en
laat het in de oven onafgedekt bakken.
Breng het geheel na de bereiding met
zout en peper op smaak.
