Ingrediënten
4 keukenklare dorades (à ca. 400 g)
800 g kleine aardappelen
2 rode paprika's
2 groene courgettes
2 gele courgettes
4 sjalotten
3 knoflookteentjes
400 g schapenkaas
sap van 1 citroen
zout
citroenpeper
4 takjes tijm
4 takjes rozemarijn
10 eetlepels olijfolie

alternatief universele bakplaat
Bereiding
Kook de aardappelen ongeschild ca. 10
minuten voor.
Halveer de paprika's. Verwijder de rib‐
ben en pitten. Snijd de paprika's in gro‐
ve stukken. Snijd de courgettes in
schijfjes. Pel de sjalotten en snijd deze
in stukjes. Pel de knoflook en hak deze
fijn. Snijd de schapenkaas in blokjes.
Reinig de vis. Dep de vis droog en be‐
sprenkel deze met citroensap. Doe er
zout en citroenpeper op en leg de vis in
een grote gourmet-braadpan of op de
universele bakplaat.
Meng de voorgekookte aardappelen, de
groente en de kruiden en breng het ge‐
heel met zout en citroenpeper op
smaak. Verdeel het groentemengsel om
de vis. Strooi de schapenkaas over de
groente.
Roer zout en peper door de olie. Be‐
sprenkel de vis, de aardappelen en de
groente met de gekruide olie en bak het
geheel in de oven.
