Chocolade-notentaart
Totale bereidingstijd: 70-85 minuten (+ 12 uur laten afkoelen)
Ingrediënten
200 g boter
250 g donkere chocolade
250 g hazelnoten, gemalen
160 g suiker
3 eetlepels espresso
1 theelepel bourbon-vanillearoma
6 eieren
verse bessen

Bereiding
Smelt de boter en de donkere chocola‐
de. Voeg de hazelnoten, de suiker, de
espresso en het bourbon-vanillearoma
toe en laat het geheel afkoelen.
Scheid de dooiers en het eiwit van de
eieren. Meng de dooiers door de boter-
chocolademassa. Klop het eiwit stijf en
meng ook het eiwit door de massa.
Doe het deeg in de ingevette en met
bakpapier bedekte springvorm of in de
ingevette vormpjes en bak de cake.
Serveer de taart met verse bessen.
Voor het serveren 12 uur koelen.
