The cable with the control unit is removable. Before cleaning always remove the plug in coupling
directly at the appliance (see figure).
Small stains can be removed by using a damp cloth or sponge with mild
detergent if necessary. Avoid cleaning agents containing sharp solvents.
The warming pad can be hand washed or machine washed at 30°C.
Never wring the warming pad. Never hang it with cloth-pegs. Never dry
clean! Never tumble-dry!
Replace the plug and use the warming pad again only when the plug in
coupling and the whole warming pad are completely dry.
Caution! Washing the warming pad very often will shorten its lifespan.
Remove lint by using a lint roller.
Storing: When not in use for longer period it is recommended to place the (dry) blanket protected by
its original packaging in a safe, cool and dry place.
When storing the appliance, allow it to cool down before folding. Do not crease the appliance by
placing items on top of it during storage.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
The guarantee period for this appliance is 24 months. The guarantee starts from the date of purchase
(cash receipt). In case of malfunction you may send the appliance to your dealer, add information
about the malfunction and the original purchase receipt (which is obligatory for a repair free of charge)
Within the guarantee period we repair defects of the appliance, which are based on material or
manufacturing faults, in our choice by repair or exchange. These obligations do not extend the period
of guarantee. No claim on a new period of guarantee results from it.
An exact description of the complaint reduces the processing time.
