Before the first use

 Remove all packaging material such as carton, foil etc.

 Place the appliance on a dry, stable, ant-slip and heat resistant surface.

 Never place the appliance on or near a hotplate or a hot oven.

 Clean the unit before using it for the first time (see cleaning and care).

 Clean the surface of the baking plate with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

 For initial use heat the appliance for some minutes at maximum temperature to eliminate

oil or grease residues from production. Repeat it 1-2 times, then smoke and smell will

disappear (it is harmless and no sign of danger).

 Let the unit heat up until the steam will disappear (minimum term of 5 minutes).

 To switch off after this process, unplug the appliance.

 Let the unit cool down completly.

 Wipe the baking plate with a slightly damp cloth to remove residues.
