Denk eraan dat alleen de arts uw bloeddrukwaarden kan
analyseren. U mag in geen geval proberen zelf een diagnose te

De bloeddruk schommelt altijd. Men dient zich van de waarden
van slechts een of twee metingen niet te laten verontrusten of
overmoedig te laten maken. De bloeddruk schommelt in de loop
van een dag en van de maand. Hij wordt ook door het jaargetijde
en de temperatuur beïnvloed. Gelieve u door regelmatig meten en
correcte notering van de waarden een goed overzicht te
verschaffen van uw bloeddruk.
