Turn the machine over and
remove the shield.

SHARPENING THE BLADE / NACHSCHLEIFEN DES MESSERS
Unplug the slicer and ensure
that it is switched off.

Select the maximum thickness
setting.
Die maximale Schnittstärke
einstellen.
Switch on and adjust the
thickness setting until the
sharpening stone is touching
the blade.

Remove the screw and attach
the blade sharpener to the
back plate.

Attach the blade shield to
the back plate.

Switch the machine off and
unplug it.

back underneath the machine.

turn the thickness control
knob back to 0.

Press on the button for 5
seconds to sharpen the blade.
