De displays:
Er zijn 2 schermen in de monitor. Een scherm geeft de functies
weer, en de andere het niveau.
A. Functie Scherm:
Deze kan worden aangepast door aan de rechterknop te
draaien. Er zitten 6 indicatoren en 1 numeriek display in het
functie scherm. De indicatoren zijn: SCAN, TIME, SPEED,
DIST, CAL en ♥.
1. SCAN: Laat iedere functie 6 seconden zien in de
volgorde van TIME (tijd), CAL (calorieën), ♥ (hartslag),
SPEED (snelheid), DIST (afstand) en daarna weer vanaf
TIME. Elke functie indicator zal knipperen en het
numerieke display zal een getal laten zien gedurende
elke interval.
2. TIME: Laat op het numerieke display de trainingstijd
zien.
3. SPEED: Laat op het numerieke display de huidige
snelheid zien in kilometers/mijlen per uur.
4. DIST: Laat op het numerieke display de afstand zien
gedurende de training.
5. CAL: Laat op het numerieke display het aantal
verbrande calorieën zien gedurende de training.
6. ♥: Geeft op het numerieke scherm de hartslag weer in
slagen per minuut (BPM=beats per minute).
7. Numerieke display: 4-cijferig.
B. Weerstandsniveaus:
Het niveau kan bijgesteld worden met behulp van de
rechterknop. Er zijn 8 verschillende niveaus; niveau 1 t/m
niveau 8.
