De monitor is ontworpen voor een hometrainer/roeitrainer; de
handleiding bevat de volgende categorieën:
• Knop functies
• De displays
•
Functie reikwijdten
• Zaken die u dient te weten voordat u gaat trainen
• Werkingsinstructies
Knop functies:
Er zijn 2 knoppen aan de monitor; één links en één rechts. De knop
aan de linkerkant is MODE/RESET, met de rechter knop kan de
zwaarte ingesteld worden.
A. MODE/RESET:
1. MODE: Wanneer u aan de linkerknop draait, kunt u
SCAN, TIME, SPEED, DIST, CAL♥ en vervolgens weer
SCAN selecteren.
2. RESET: Wanneer u de linkerknop indrukt,herstelt u alle
waarden weer naar 0. De zwaarte gaat weer naar
niveau 1.
B. ZWAARTE ⇑ en ⇓:
1. ZWAARTE ⇑: Wanneer u de knop omhoog draait,
verhoogt u de zwaarte; verdeeld in 8 niveaus. Hij keert
niet terug naar niveau 1 wanneer u de knop omhoog
door draait.
2. ZWAARTE ⇓: Wanneer u de knop naar beneden draait,
verlaagt u de zwaarte; verdeeld in 8 niveaus. Hij keert
niet terug naar niveau 8 wanneer u de knop door draait.
