InleidingInleiding
Waarschuwing:
• Indien u de veiligheidsvoorschriften, instruc-
ties, waarschuwingen en onderhoudsadviezen
niet opvolgt, kan dit de werking van de
rolstoel nadelig beïnvloeden en mogelijk
lichamelijk letsel of schade aan de rolstoel of
het milieu tot gevolg hebben.
Let op:
• Lees voordat u de rolstoel in gebruik neemt
deze gebruikershandleiding goed door.
• Bewaar de gebruikershandleiding zorgvuldig
voor een eventuele volgende gebruiker.

Geachte gebruiker,
De Match is een kantelrolstoel speciaal ontwikkeld
voor gebruik in combinatie met een zitorthese,
voor permanente gebruikers van een rolstoel, die
behoefte hebben aan een stoel met (veel) individuele
ondersteuning en comfort.
De Match biedt de gebruiker en zorgprofessional
altijd een individuele oplossing op maat; ongeacht de
afmetingen of het type zitondersteuning, het gewicht,
de lichaamsmaten en de gezondheidstoestand van
de gebruiker.
De Match is spatwaterbestendig en geschikt voor
gebruik zowel binnens- als buitenshuis. Het maximaal
gewicht inzittende is 160 kg. Dit staat aangegeven op
de CE-sticker.
De Match is door TÜV Rheinland met een positief
resultaat getest conform de van toepassing zijnde
eisen van de Europese rolstoelnorm EN 12182 en
EN 12183 en als ‘botsproefveilige rolstoel’ conform
ISO 7176-19 in combinatie met specifieke zitortheses
(zie pag. 35). De Match voldoet daarmee aan de
essentiële eisen van de richtlijn voor Medische
Hulpmiddelen 93/42/EEG. De Match is volgens
de KBOH R06 Clusterindeling een semi-actieve
kantelbare duwwagen / zelfrijder.
In deze gebruikershandleiding vindt u alles
over de Match, van veiligheidsinstructies en
bedieningsfuncties tot onderhoudstips. Paragrafen
die van belang zijn voor uw veiligheid zijn in de tekst
gemarkeerd met een veiligheidssymbool.
