Tipps bevor Sie den Helpdesk anrufen, oder wenn Sie das Gerät zurück
bringen wollen:
1) Lesen Sie die Anleitung genau durch.
2) Nehmen Sie den Stecker fuer ca. 10 Sekunden aus der Steckdose um das Geraet zu resetten.
Stecken Sie dann den Stecker erneut in die Steckdose und ueberpruefen Sie, ob das Geraet
nun funktioniert.
3) Achten Sie darauf, dass das Gerät korrekt angeschlossen ist und eventuell die Batterien
aufgeladen sind.
4) Kontrollieren Sie nogmals die Funktion.
5) Notieren Sie mögliche Fehlermeldungen und Systemberichte und in welchen Situationen diese
auftreten.
6) Versuchen Sie – falls keine Problem- oder Fehlermeldung erscheint – eine kurze Beschreibung
des Problems zu formulieren.
7) Sollte sich ein Problem durch den Anschluss an ein anderes Gerät ergeben, testen Sie, ob sich
das Problem auch ergibt beim Anschluss an andere Produkte.
8) Lesen Sie bei Bedarf die FAQ (Liste mit häufig gestellten Fragen) durch. Sie können auch den
Helpdesk anmailen.
9) Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie den Kaufbeleg bereit liegen haben, oder dass Sie den Kaufbeleg
mitnemen wenn Sie das Gerät zurück bringen wollen.
10) Achten Sie darauf, dass die Modellnummer Ihres Lenco Gerätes bereit liegt. Diese steht auf
dem Gerät und auf der Verpackung.
11) Indem Sie den Helpdesk anrufen wollen, achten Sie dann darauf, dass der Apparat
betriebsbereit vor Ihnen steht, damit Sie die Ratschläge des Helpdesks unmittelbar in die Praxis
umsetzen können.
