Tips voordat u met de helpdesk belt of het apparaat retourneert:
1) Raadpleeg de handleiding of indien aanwezig de ‘quick guide’.
2) Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voor zo’n 10 sec.om te resetten, steek de stekker opnieuw in
het stopcontact en kijk of het apparaat nu werkt.
3) Let op of de kabels goed zijn aangesloten, en dat eventuele batterijen nog voldoende opgeladen
zijn.
4) Controleer nogmaals de desbetreffende functie.
5) Noteer eventuele foutmeldingen en systeemboodschappen en wanneer deze optreden.
5) Probeer, indien er geen probleem of foutmelding verschijnt, een korte omschrijving van het
probleem te formuleren.
7) Indien het product moet worden aangesloten op een apparaat (tv, computer enz.) probeer als u
de mogelijkheid heeft het product op een ander apparaat aan te sluiten.
8) Raadpleeg eventueel de FAQ (veelgestelde vragen)
U kunt ook mailen naar onze helpdesk.
9) Zorg dat u uw aankoopbon bij de hand heeft, of neem deze mee indien u het apparaat
retourneert.
10) Zorg ervoor dat het model nummer/naam van uw Lenco-apparaat bekend is.
Deze staat vermeld op het apparaat en op de verpakking.
11) Indien u de helpdesk belt, zorg er dan voor dat het apparaat bedrijfsklaar is zodat het advies van
onze helpdesk meteen kan worden toegepast.
