Pizza backen
Den Backofen bei 250 °C vorheizen,
Betriebsart Pizza-Stufe wählen und die Temperatur auf 250 °C einstel-
len.
Beispiel:
Grundrezept Pizza
375 g Mehl, 20 g Hefe, 1/8 l lauwarmes Wasser,
3 Eßlöffel Öl, Salz
Aus den angegebenen Zutaten einen Hefeteig herstellen. Den Teig gehen
lassen, bis sich das Volumen verdoppelt hat (ca. 30 Minuten). Danach den
Teig nochmals einige Minuten kneten und weitere 15 Minuten gehen lassen.
Die Teigmenge in 2 bis 3 Stücke teilen, rund ausrollen, einen Rand formen
und beliebig und schnell belegen, damit der Teig nicht feucht wird.

Blech in Rahmen (Ebene 0) schieben

belegte Pizza auf Backblech geben
–
vorheizen mit Pizza-Stufe bei 250 °C
–
backen bei 250 °C ca. 12 bis 14 Minuten.

Grill kleine Mengen Grillgut oder + Großflächengrill für
große Mengen Grillgut einstellen.
- Backofen 5 bis 10 Minuten vorheizen.
- Grillgut in den Backofen geben.
Fettpfanne mit Bratenblech (Sonderzubehör) in die 2. oder 3. Einschublei-
ste von unten, Bratrost in Einschubleiste laut Tabelle.
- Grilldauer nach den Angaben der nachfolgenden Tabelle.
- Grillen nur mit geschlossener Backofentür.
