Voor een handleiding van een ander merk/type router raadpleegt u de bijgeleverde cd-rom van de desbetreffende router.
1) Sluit een UTP kabel aan op de WAN poort van de router.
2) Sluit de andere zijde van deze UTP kabel aan op het modem.
3) Herstart nu het modem en wacht tot deze weer opgestart is. (cable of online moet continu branden).
4) Sluit de voeding aan op de router.
5) Verbind uw pc met een LAN aansluiting op de router of maak een draadloze verbinding met
KONIG_WS01.
6) Ga naar de beheerders pagina:Webinterface: http://192.168.0.1 Username: admin Password: admin
7) Klik op “WLAN Settings”
8) Klik nu op “Basic Settings”
9 Vul nu achter SSID de naam van de router in: KBxxxx. (xxxx vervangen door de laatste 4 cijfers van uw
relatienummer).
10) Kies bij Channel: “het gewenste kanaal waarop gecommuniceerd wordt (standaard is 6.).
11) Klik nu op Apply (de router start opnieuw op).
12) Maak opnieuw verbinding met de router, doet u dit via een draadloze verbinding maak dan verbinding
met: (KBxxxx).
13) Ga naar de beheerders pagina:Webinterface: http://192.168.0.1 Username: admin Password: admin
14) Klik op “WLAN Settings”.
15) Klik op “Security Settings”.
16) Selecteer nu welke Beveiligings Modus u wilt gebruiken.
LET OP!Op sommige Windows 7 en Windows Vista machines is het niet mogelijk om met een ingestelde
WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK router verbinding te maken. Mocht u dus tegen dit probleem aanlopen of wilt u dit
probleem voorkomen adviseren wij u de WEP Open beveiliging in te stellen op de router.
Wilt u een WPA beveiliging instellen ga door naar stap 17.
Wilt u een WEP beveiliging instellen ga door naar stap 18.
17) Instellen WPA security:
17.1) Kies voor Security Mode “WPA-Personal/WPA2 -Personal”.
17.2) Kies bij WPA Algorithm voor “AES”.
17.3) Vul nu achter Pass Phrase een wachtwoord in tussen de 8-63 karakters.
17.4) Klik Apply.
17.5) De beveiliging is nu ingesteld, maak opnieuw verbinding met de router: (KBxxxx)
18) Instellen WEP security:
18.1) Kies voor Security Mode: “Open”.
18.2) Vul nu achter WEP KEY 1 een 10 cijferig wachtwoord in.
18.3) Klik Apply,
18.4) De beveiliging is nu ingesteld, maak opnieuw verbinding met de router: (KBxxxx).
