MOTOROLIE
Controle van het motoroliepeil
1. Controleer of de auto horizontaal
staat.
2. Start de motor en laat deze op de
normale bedrijfstemperatuur komen.
3. Zet de motor uit en wacht ongeveer 5
minuten zodat de olie naar het carter
terug kan lopen.
4. Trek de peilstok uit de houder, veeg
hem schoon en steek hem weer
geheel in de houder.
5. Trek de peilstok opnieuw uit de houder
en controleer het niveau. Het
vloeistofniveau moet zich tussen F
(vol) en L (leeg) bevinden.
Als het peil zich bij of op L (leeg) bevindt,
moet u olie bijvullen tot F (vol). Vul niet
te veel bij.
Gebruik een trechter om morsen van
olie op motoronderdelen te
voorkomen.
Gebruik alleen de voorgeschreven
motorolie. (Zie "Aanbevolen
smeermiddelen en hoeveelheden" in
hoofdstuk 8.)
WAARSCHUWING -
Radiateurslang
Wees voorzichtig met de
radiateurslang tijdens het
controleren of bijvullen van de
motorolie. Deze kan namelijk nog
zo warm zijn, dat u zich eraan kunt
branden.
