Toetsen:

Snelheidstoetsen 4 – 16

Deze toetsen verstellen voor en tijdens de training de

snelheid naar de voorgedrukte waarde.

– / + Toets (speed km/h)

Deze toetsen verstellen voor en tijdens de training de

snelheid: + > sneller, - > langzamer,

langer indrukken > snelle verstelling.

De schakelaar “SPD” in de handlijst heeft dezelfde func-

tie als de -/+ toets SPEED.

Warm-up / cool-down

Deze toets start de band met een vertraagde snelheidsstij-

ging en stopt de band met een vertraagde snelheidsda-

ling.

Hersteling / Recovery

Deze functie stopt de band en start de herstelpolsmeting.

– / + Toets (slope)

Deze toetsen verstellen voor en tijdens de training de hel-

lingshoek: + > steiler, - > vlakker,

Langer indrukken > automatische doorloop van waardes.

De schakelaar “INC” in de handlijst heeft dezelfde func-

tie als de -/+ toets SLOPE.

Start / stop

Deze toets start en stopt de band.

Program

Deze functietoets kiest een programmasoort.

Nogmaals indrukken > volgende programma.

Set

Als de band stilstaat, kunt u met deze toets programme-

ringen oproepen en een waarde of instelling bevestigen.

Bij lopende band wordt na gebruik een automatische

weergavewisseling in het middelste veld in- of uitgescha-

keld.
