Trainingsunterbrechung oder –ende
Bei weniger als 10 Pedalumdrehungen/min erkennt die
Elektronik eine Trainingsunterbrechung. Das Animations-
rad wird leer dargestellt. Die erreichten Trainingsdaten
werden angezeigt. Umdrehungen, Geschwindigkeit und
Puls werden als Durchschnittswerte mit Ø -Symbol darge-
stellt.
• “DISP” drücken stoppt und startet den Anzeigewechsel.
Die Trainingsdaten werden für 4 Minuten angezeigt.
Drücken Sie in dieser Zeit keine Tasten und trainieren
nicht, schaltet die Elektronik in den Standby-Betrieb mit
Uhrzeitanzeige.
Eine Trainingsunterbrechung wird eine paar Sekunden ver-
zögert erkannt
Trainingswiederaufnahme
Bei Fortsetzung des Trainings innerhalb von 4 Minuten
werden die letzten Werte weiter- oder heruntergezählt.
RECOVERY – Funktion
Erholungspulsmessung
Bei Trainingsende “RECOVERY” drücken.
Die Elektronik misst 60 Sekunden rücklaufend Ihren Puls.
Aus Anfang und Endpuls wird die Fitnessnote (im Beispiel
F 1.6) ermittelt. Die Anzeige wird nach 20 Sekunden
beendet.
“RECOVERY” unterbricht die Erholpuls-Funktion oder Fit-
nessnoten-Anzeige.
Wird zu Beginn oder Ende des Zeitrücklaufs kein Puls
erfasst, erscheint die Fehlermeldung “Err”.
Abruf letztes Training (MEM) mit
Gesamtkilometer
(ODO)
Die letzten Trainigswerte werden automatisch bei einem
RESET oder bei Abschaltung der Anzeige (Standby)
gespeichert.
Aufruf der letzten Trainingsdaten
• Minus – (kurz drücken bei Zeitanzeige)
Alle Segmente werden kurz eingeblendet
Die letzte Traningszeit wird angezeigt
• DISP drücken
Die Anzeige springt einen Bereich weiter.
Beenden der letzten Trainingsdatenanzeige
• Minus – drücken
