1. Training ohne Vorgaben / Pulsmessung
• DISP Taste drücken
Trainingszeit “EX.TIME” wird angezeigt.
oder
Pulswert wird angezeigt, wenn ein Pulssignal über
Ohrclip, Handpuls oder Einsteckempfänger erkannt
wird.
und / oder
• Pedaltreten
Trainingszeit “EX.TIME” und folgende Anzeigen wer-
den hochzählend angezeigt.
Anzeigewechsel ist aktiv
Animationsrad ist aktiv
2. Training mit Vorgaben
Es können unter Zeit, Strecke, Energie Vorgabewerte ein-
gegeben werden. Bei Trainingsbeginn zählen diese Werte
herunter. Wird Null erreicht blinkt die Anzeige und ein
Signalton wird ausgegeben. Danach wird mit dem Vorga-
bewert weiter aufwärts gezählt. Im Anzeigewechsel wird
zu dem Bereich gesprungen der als erstes Null erreicht.
Unter Puls kann ein Wert eingegeben werden, der wenn
er erreicht wird, Warntöne auslöst.
• Plus lang drücken
Anzeige:
Vorgabe “ZEIT”
Zeitvorgabe (EX.TIME)
• Mit “Plus” oder “Minus” Werte eingeben (z.B. 30:00)
• Mit “DISP” bestätigen.
Anzeige:
nächste Vorgabe ”STRECKE”
Streckenvorgabe (DIST)
• Mit “Plus” oder “Minus” Werte eingeben (z.B. 7,50)
• Mit “DISP” bestätigen.
Anzeige:
nächste Vorgabe “ENERGIE”
Energievorgabe (KJOULE oder KCAL)
• Mit “Plus” oder “Minus” Werte eingeben (z.B. 780)
• Mit “DISP” bestätigen.
Anzeige:
nächste Vorgabe “Alterseingabe“
Pulsüberwachung mit Warnton
• Mit “Plus” oder “Minus” Wert eingeben (z.B. 131)
• Mit “DISP” bestätigen (Vorgabenmodus beendet)
Anzeige:
Trainingsbereitschaft mit Zeitvorgabe
• Pedaltreten startet das Training
Vorgabewerte werden abwärts zählend angezeigt.
Anzeigewechsel ist aktiv
Animationsrad ist aktiv
• “DISP” drücken stoppt und startet den Anzeigewechsel.
• Das Vorgabesymbol wird ausgeblendet,
wenn alle Vorgaben auf Null gezählt sind.
• Die Vorgaben bleiben gespeichert und werden
beim nächsten Training wieder angezeigt.
