Atención: el ordenador se encenderá automáticamente cuando comience
su entrenamiento de remo. Cuando finaliza o hace una pausa en el
entrenamiento, el ordenador se apaga automáticamente después de
aproximadamente 4 minutos. Cambie las pilas si la pantalla permanece
negra a pesar de haber iniciado el movimiento y no se enciende.
Pantalla/funciones:
1. SCAN: con esta función, la pantalla del ordenador salta automáticamente
a través de todas las funciones y las muestra durante 4 segundos.
2. TIME (tiempo 00:00—99:59 Min): indica el tiempo total de entrenamiento.
3. COUNT (contador 0—9999): indica las repeticiones durante el entrenamiento.
4. R.P.M (frecuencia 0.0—999.9 Wh/Min): le aporta información sobre las
repeticiones que hace usted por minuto.
5. CAL (calorias 0—9999 Kcal): indica cuantas kilocalorías ha quemado usted.
Mode: pulse la tecla Mode para cambiar entre las diferentes funciones. Si
mantiene presionado el botón durante 4 segundos, todos los valores pasan a 0.
Reset: pulsando la tecla Reset, puede reponer el valor seleccionado a 0.
INFORMACIÓN GENERAL SOBRE EL ENTRENAMIENTO
CON EL KENDOX ROWSHAPER:
El remo es el entrenamiento perfecto para todo el cuerpo. Es un
entrenamiento de fuerza y resistencia muy eficaz con el que se entrena
hasta el 85% de los músculos del cuerpo.
NIVELES DE DIFICULTAD: por un lado, la resistencia se puede ajustar
mediante la rueda de ajuste de 12 niveles. Por otro lado, la inclinación del
aparato se puede configurar en 3 niveles diferentes.
¡IMPORTANTE! Cuanto más alto sea el ajuste seleccionado, más intenso
será el entrenamiento.
Si sufre mareos, náuseas o dolor en el pecho mientras entrena, interrumpa
el entrenamiento inmediatamente y consulte a su médico sin demora.

PRIMEROS PASOS (# 4 – A, B, C)
A: Ponga los pies en los pedales y apriete las correas.
B: Al girar la rueda de ajuste del cilindro hidráulico, puede elegir entre 12
niveles de resistencia diferentes.
C: Afloje el perno de tracción y extráigalo. Ajuste el pie trasero a la altura
deseada (cuanto más alto, más intensamente entrenará las piernas), suelte
el perno tensor y vuelva a enroscarlo.
ASEGURAR EL ASIENTO (# 5)
