Wanneer het probleem aan de hand van de onderstaande tabel niet opgelost kan
worden wende men zich tot een van onze servicecenters voor assistentie.
Symptoom
Mogelijke oorzaak
De airconditioner
functioneert niet.
De afstandsbediening werkt
niet en de LCD blijft leeg.
De airconditioner
schakelt na het
drukken op de
ON/OFF-knop niet
direct in.
De airconditioner koelt en
verwarmt onvoldoende.
Er komt bij inschakelen van
verwarmen (HEAT) niet direct
lucht uit de binnenunit.
Heeft er zich een netstoring voorgedaan?
Stekker goed in het stopcontact?
Doorgeslagen zekering of uitgeschakelde
automaat? Is de spanning hoger dan 253V
of lager dan 207V ?
Is de timer goed ingesteld ?
In geval van externe storingen of het te veelvuldig
veranderen van functie kan het voorkomen dat de
signalen van de afstandsbediening niet worden
herkend. De stekker uit het stopcontact nemen en er
weer in steken kan de storing opheffen.
Wanneer de weergave van de LCD onduidelijk wordt
of wanneer alle pictogrammen tegelijkertijd worden
weergegeven betekent dat de batterijen bijna leeg zijn
en dus vervangen moeten worden.
De compressor is beveiligd met een
microprocessorgestuurde antipendeltimer. De
inschakelvertraging is 3 minuten.
Is de te handhaven temperatuur goed ingesteld?
Zijn de filters vervuild ?
Zijn de aanzuig- en uitblaasroosters van de
buitenunit verstopt of afgedekt ?
Is de nachtschakeling overdag
geprogrammeerd ?
Is het ventilatortoerental van de binnenunit te
laag ingesteld?
Zijn alle ramen en deuren dicht ?
Voor de ventilator wordt ingeschakeld moet de
microprocessor het signaal ontvangen dat het
warm genoeg is. Even geduld.
