Indien er te weinig koelmiddel in het systeem is, vul op volgende wijze na:

 Sluit op het persgasserviceventiel en de controle-eenheid een

soepele slang aan. (fig. 1)

 Open het lagedrukventiel en sluit het hogedrukventiel.

 Trek een vacuüm tot onder 12 Pa.

 Sluit het lagedrukventiel en ontkoppel de slang.

 Breng de dopmoeren op de serviceventielen aan.

 Sluit het persgasventiel (persgasafsluiter) van de buitenunit,

koppel de vulslang aan de serviceventiel en open het

persgasventiel. (fig 2)

 Sluit de vulslang op een koelmiddelcilinder aan, keer de cilinder

om en vul na met de benodigde hoeveelheid koelvloeistof die

op het typeplaatje aangeduid is.

 Sluit het persgasventiel, koppel de vulslang af en open het

persgasventiel.

 Haal alle wartels aan en breng de dopmoeren aan.

Koelmiddel navullen

Het circuit mag uitsluitend met koelvloeistof worden gevuld.

Opgelet

 Monteer de afvoerkoppeling in het gat in de bodem van de

buitenunit en sluit de slang op de koppeling aan.

Condensafvoerleiding

Testen

 Wanneer het vacuum getrokken is en de lektesten zijn uitgevoerd kan de airconditioner getest

worden. Kijk voordien of alle elektrische aansluitingen goed zijn uitgevoerd.

 Testprocedure:

 Zelftest, kan enkel met de controleknop, niet met de afstandsbediening

1. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact en open het

frontpaneel.

2. Druk op de controleknop.

3. Wanneer alle LEDs de een na de ander ontsteken en

doven werkt de airconditioner naar behoren; bij

knipperende LEDs is er een storing aanwezig en moet

de airconditioner nagezien worden.
