ANTES DEL PRIMER USO
Con el fin de eliminar posibles residuos del proceso de fabricación,
es necesario limpiar el aparato y los accesorios (ver "Cuidado y
mantenimiento").
COCINANDO EN SU OLLA A VAPOR
- Asegúrese de que la olla a vapor está apagada y fría antes de
utilizarla. Llene el depósito con agua fría. Para ello, vierta el agua
directamente en el depósito. La cantidad de agua depende del
tiempo de cocción necesario. Sin embargo, es muy importante
respetar el nivel mínimo y máximo. El incumplimiento de esta
instrucción puede dañar al aparato. No añadir hierbas,
condimentos u otros líquidos como vino o caldo al agua en el
depósito de agua.
Coloque la boquilla de vapor alrededor del elemento de
calefacción, con el extremo grande hacia abajo.
Coloque los alimentos en los diferentes recipientes/canastas de
cocción al vapor. No agregue los condimentos, hierbas, etc.,
hasta que haya terminado de cocinar.
Nota: si está cocinando carne, colóquela en el recipiente inferior, de
modo que esté más cercana al agua.
Siempre coloque la bandeja de goteo en el depósito de agua
antes de añadir un recipiente de cocción.
Nota: cada recipiente está numerado 1, 2 o 3 en su asa. Siempre
coloque el recipiente de cocción # 1 en la parte inferior (el # 3
siempre se colocaría en la parte superior).
Si utiliza más de un nivel, coloque al recipiente de cocción # 2 en
la parte superior del recipiente # 1; y luego, opcionalmente,
coloque el # 3 en la parte superior del # 2, asegurando que los
bordes dentados en la base de cada recipiente ajusten en los
surcos del recipiente de abajo.
