10.2 losse kop afsTellen

Plaats een gedraaide of geslepen as met een lengte van 305 mm tussen de centers. Controleer de afstelling door
een meetapparaat op de beitelslede te bevestigen. De losse kop moet gecentreerd staan ten opzichte van de vaste
kop. Indien dit niet het geval is, moet de klemhendel van de losse kop worden losgemaakt en de twee schroeven aan
de zijkanten van de voetplaat van de kop worden bijgesteld. Controleer voortdurend totdat de losse kop volledig
gecentreerd ten opzichte van de vaste kop staat.
10.3 v-snaarspanning afsTellen

Verwijder de beschermplaat onder de Hoofdschakelaar en van de
sokkel. Stel de 2 schroeven (X) van de montageplaat van de motor
bij. Let erop dat de motor ten opzichte van de as van de draaibank is
uitgelijnd.
Druk op de V-snaar om de spanning te controleren. De V-snaar heeft
de juiste spanning wanneer deze ongeveer 19 mm doorveert.
