Voor een juiste inspanning hoort iedere cam lock aangedraaid te zijn, met de indexlijn tussen de twee V-tekens op
de doorlaat.
Waarschuwing!
Neem het maximale aantal toerentallen voor de stelplaten in acht. Stelplaten van 10 inch mogen niet
worden gebruikt bij een toerental hoger dan 770 omw/min.
10. sTelwerkzaamheden
Na de installatie en opstartprocedure is het raadzaam de afstelling van de machine te controleren voordat er mee
wordt gewerkt. Controleer regelmatig de afstelling en of de draaibank waterpas staat om de nauwkeurigheid te
handhaven.
10.1 vasTe kop afsTellen
Plaats rondstaal met een lengte van 150 mm en
een diameter van 50 mm in de klauw en draai er
met een beitel langs. Lees met een micrometer
de waardes aan beide uiteinden van het
rondstaal af. De waardes moeten gelijk zijn.
Wanneer dit niet het geval is moet de
beschermplaat onder de Hoofdschakelaar
worden verwijderd. Hierna moeten de 4
schroeven (J) van de vaste kop licht worden
losgedraaid waarna het stelblokje (K) moet
worden afgesteld. Draai hierna de schroeven
weer aan. Controleer de waardes opnieuw met
de micrometer. Herhaal de stelwerkzaamheden
net zolang totdat de waardes overeenkomen.
