Sostituzione della cinghia di trasmissione del
rasaerba
RIMOZIONE DELLA CINGHIA DI TRASMISSIONE DEL
RASAERBA
1. Parcheggiare il trattore su una superficie piana. innestare
il frendo di stazionamento.
2. Abbassare la leva di sollevamento accessorio NELLA
posizione inferiore.
3. Disinnestare l’asta di tensionamento della cinghia (K)
dalla staffa di bloccaggio (L).
ATTENZIONE: L'asta di tensionamento della cinghia’ é
cari-
cata a molla. Afferrarla saldamente e rilasciarla lentamente.
4. Rimuovere le viti (P) dai coperchi dei mandrini (Q), quindi
rimovere i coperchi.
5. Rimuovere eventuali tracce di sporcizia o di erba accu-
mulatesi in prossimità de mandrini e sull'intera superficie
superiore di copertura.
6. Rimuovere la chinghia dalla pueggia di frizione elettrica (M),
sia le pulegge dei mandrini (R), sia tutti i pignone folli (V).
INSTALLAZIONE DELLA CINGHIA DI TRASMISSIONE
DEL RASAERBA
1. Installare la cinghia in prossimità
sia delle puleggie dei man-
drini
(R), Sia dei pignoni folli (V), come mostrato in figura.
2. Installare la chinghia sulla puleggia di frizione elettrica (M).
IMPORTANTE: Verificare che la cinghia scorra in modo ade-
guato attraverso tutte le scanalature della puleggia del rasaerba.
3. Rimontare i coperchi dei mandrini (Q). Avvitare saldamente
tutte le viti.
4. Innestare l’asta di tensionamento della cinghia (K) sulla
staffa di bloccaggio (L).
ATTENZIONE: L’asta di tensionamento della cinghia é cari-
cata a molla. Afferrarla saldamente e innestarla lentamente.
5. Sollevare la leva di sollevamento accessorio fino alla
posizione massima.

DE AANDRIJFRIEM VAN DE MAAIUNIT VERWIJ-
DEREN
1. Parkeer de tractor op een vlakke ondergrond. Schakel
de parkeerrem in.
2. Zet de hendel van de hefinrichting in de laagste positie.
3. Ontkoppel de riemspanner (K) van de opsluitbeugel (L).
VOORZICHTIG: De riemspanner heeft veerbelasting. Houd
de stang goed vast en ontkoppel langzaam.
4. Verwijder de schroeven (P) uit de spildeksels (Q) en
verwijder de deksels.
5. Verwijder vuil of vet dat zich rond de spillen en op het
hele bovenoppervlak heeft gevormd.
6. Verwijder de riem van de riemschijf van de koppeling (M),
de beide spilschijven (R) en alle draagrolschijven (V).
DE AANDRIJFRIEM OP DE MAAIUNIT INSTALLEREN
1. Installeer de riem om de beide spilschijven (R) en om de
draagrolschijven (V) zoals op de afbeelding.
2. Installeer de riem op de riemschijf van de elektrische
koppeling (M).
BELANGRIJK: Controleer of de riem goed in alle riemschi-
jfgroeven van de maaiunit loopt.
3. Plaats de spildeksels (Q) weer terug. Draai alle schroeven
goed aan.
4. Koppel de riemspanner (K) op de opsluitbeugel (L).
VOORZICHTIG: De riemspanner heeft veerbelasting. Houd
de stang goed vast en koppel langzaam.
5. Zet de hendel van de hefinrichting in de hoogste positie.
