Wenn Sie technische Probleme haben, lesen Sie bitte zuerst das Kapitel “Bei
Problemen” im Handbuch und die Readme in der Hauppauge WinTV
Gruppe unter Programme im Startmenü. Viele Fragen werden sich dadurch klären
lassen.

Halten Sie bitte folgende Informationen bereit:
- Welches Betriebssystem benutzen Sie?
- Die genaue Bezeichnung der WinTV-Karte (steht auf dem Karton)
- Die Versionsnummer der WinTV CD-ROM
- Wenn eine Fehlermeldung erscheint: den genauen Wortlaut der Meldung
- Die Modellbezeichnung der Grafikkarte. Wie heißt der Chip auf der
Grafikkarte? (Am besten schauen Sie direkt auf die Grafikkarte).
- Welchen Chipsatz verwendet das Mainboard? Intel, SIS, UMC, VIA oder ...
(Am besten schauen Sie direkt auf das Mainboard; gemeint ist nicht der
Prozessor).
Und: Am Telefon kann man viele Dinge besser klären als per Fax.
