6: De handleiding is voor Windows, hoe werkt het op MAC, Android, iPad, etc?

In principe maakt het niet uit of je met een Mac OS, iOS, Android of Windows apparaat verbinding

maakt met het netwerk. Het wifi netwerk is niet anders dan andere wifi netwerken. Installatie is

altijd als volgt:

1- maak verbinding met het repeater netwerk

2- open een browser en type 192.168.10.1

3- volg verder de aanwijzingen in de installatiehandleiding

7: Als ik op de instellingenpagina op ‘Site Survey’ klik dan vind de repeater geen

beschikbare draadloze netwerken.

Elke router zend ongeveer om de 100 miliseconden zijn netwerknaam (beacon) uit, het kan dus

zijn dat hierdoor een netwerk net ‘gemist’ wordt bij het samenstellen van de netwerklijst. Nogmaals

op Site Survey klikken helpt vaak. Anders eerst de pagina verversen (F5) en daarna nogmaals op

Site Survey klikken.

Blijft het probleem aanhouden, haal dan de repeater uit het stopcontact en steek hem er na een

paar seconden weer terug in. Houd er verder bij de plaatsing van de repeater rekening mee dat hij

op een plek hangt waar de router nog voldoende bereik heeft.
