Quark Auflauf
2 Äpfel
Saft von 1/2 Zitrone
2 Eier
250 g Quark
3 EL Milch
2 EL Honig
Fett für die Form
2 EL gehackte Mandeln
Die Äpfel schälen, vierteln, Kernhaus entfernen und in dünne Scheiben schneiden, mit
Zitronensaft beträufeln. Eigelb mit Quark, Milch und Honig verrühren. Das Eiweiß steif
schlagen und zusammen mit den Apfelscheiben unter die Quarkmasse heben. Masse in
eine gefettete Auflaufform füllen und bei 175°C Umluft ca. 35 Minuten backen.
Anschließend mit gehackten Mandeln bestreuen.
Der einfachste Apfelkuchen der Welt
5 Boskop oder Cox Orange Äpfel
etwas Zitronensaft
2 Eier
300 g Zucker
1 Tüte Vanillezucker
100 g flüssige Butter
100 g Mehl
1 gestrichener Teelöffel Backpulver
100 ml Milch
Butter und Mehl für die Form
Puderzucker zum Bestäuben
Die Äpfel schälen, vierteln, vom Kerngehäuse befreien und in dünne Scheiben hobeln.
Sofort mit Zitronensaft beträufeln, damit die Äpfel hell bleiben.
Alle übrigen Zutaten in einer Schüssel miteinander glatt rühren. Die Apfelscheiben unter
mischen.
Die Masse in eine gebutterte, mit Mehl ausgestreute Form füllen.
Bei 205°C Ober- und Unterhitze (oder Umluft ca. 160°C) 50 bis 60 Minuten backen,
bis der Kuchen goldgelb geworden ist.
