CAPPUCCINO
2 Serves
» approx. 150 ml hot, black coffee
(e.g. Long Black)
» 300ml fresh, cold, low-fat milk (1.5% fat)
» 1 teaspoon shredded dark chocolate
Remove the milk jug from the power base and
fill in the milk. Insert the frothing rod (without cho-
colate basket) and place the milk jug onto the
power base. Close with the lid.
Shortly press the frothing button to switch on the
appliance and leave the appliance operate until
finished.
Distribute the coffee among 2 large cappuccino
cups. Leaving the lid on the milk jug, add the hot
milk to the coffee.
Remove the lid and frothing rod from the milk jug
and spoon the froth onto the coffee via a plastic
spoon.
Spread some shredded chocolate onto the froth
and serve immediately.

3 Serves
» approx. 150 ml hot, black coffee
(e.g. Espresso)
» 300ml fresh, cold, low-fat milk (1.5% fat)
Remove the milk jug from the power base and
fill in the milk. Insert the frothing rod (without cho-
colate basket) and place the milk jug onto the
power base. Close with the lid.
Shortly press the frothing button to switch on the
appliance and leave the appliance operate until
finished.
Distribute the coffee among 3 high glasses. Hold
one of the glasses tilted and, leaving the lid on
the milk jug, slowly pour approx. 50ml of hot
milk down at the inner side of the glass. Repeat
with the other glasses.
Remove the lid and frothing rod from the milk jug
and distribute the froth among the coffee glasses
via a plastic spoon. There should be 3 layers
within each glass. Serve immediately.
