Gebruik een hittebestendige schaal voor de magnetron, bij voorkeur van aardewerk (minder vets-

patten dan bij glas).

Braad indien mogelijk de rollade zonder spek, om spatten en rook te vermijden.

Aan het eind van de bakcyclus op smaak brengen. Laat het vlees 10 min. in aluminiumpapier rusten.

Het vlees wordt zo mals en sappig.

Druk op de toets en vervolgens op .

Stel de programmatijd in met behulp van de toetsen - / +, bijvoor-

beeld 1 minuut. Bevestig door te drukken op . De display geeft

weer de tijd aan, maar het aftellen begint.
