Is power being supplied to the projector?Check that your electrical outlet or power source is functioning correctly.
Is Mail Notification set correctly from the Configuration Menu?Error notification mail is sent in accordance with the setting of the Mail menu from the Configuration Menu. Check if it

Problems relating to Easy Interactive Function
The message "Hardware device not found." is displayed.

The projector and computer are not connected correctly.Check the USB cable connections. You may be able to resolve the problem by disconnecting and then reconnecting the
USB cable.
An antivirus program may be blocking use of the port.Disable the antivirus program and then restart Easy Interactive Function.
If you are using a notebook computer when the battery power is
running low, the USB port may stop working and you might not be
able to use USB devices.
Connect the power cable of the computer to an electrical outlet.
Easy Interactive Pen does not work

An object is blocking the path for sending the signal from the Easy
Interactive Pen to the projector.
Move the object. Also, make sure you are not blocking the signal path when you stand in front of the projection surface.
There is insufficient battery power.Replace the batteries.
The surroundings are too bright.Make sure there is no strong light shining on the projection surface or the Easy Interactive Function receiver.
The projector and computer are not connected.Check that the projector and computer are connected correctly.
