CAUTION: When torsion front balanced, exchange the
Allan screw for a longer screw and put on the conical
guide, right and left side. (1)
The guide will protect the door cable from being damaged.
Fix
the pre-assembled top roller by 5 panel screws. (2)

CAUTION: Position a clamp to one side to support the top
section. (1)
Put the top section in position (the top section is 65 mm
shorter
than the other sections). (2)
ATTENTION: Start to put in all the hinges NOTE: The
hinge-part when fixed into the panel must have the lubri-
cation hole visible
(If not the hinges are upside down ).
Ensure that the sections are correctly positioned sideways.
(3)
Complete the fixing of side hinges. (4-7)
Repeat for left hand side.
Fix all mid hinges. (8)
Put the cable guide into the bottom of end cap, right and
left side of bottom section. (1)
Put the spring on the shaft and give the shaft some oil. (2).
Slide the door cable on to the roller shaft. (3)
Turn the rollers into the wall track and fix the bottom
bracket to the section using 5 x panel screws.
ATTENTION: Use the upper hole (4), not to damage the
cable guide.
Repeat for the left hand side.
Take the door cable to the right and the left drum (2), and
fix the cables on to the drum. (3).
Wind up the door cables, running between the spring
holding bracket and the drum, by turning the shaft.
Tension the spring 1/2 a turn (to keep the door cable
stretched). (4).
Tighten one screw (temporary) on shaft coupling to the
shaft (5). Repeat for left hand side.

Lift the panel and take away the two supports, and then let
the panel down to the ground carefully. (1)
Check that the door-cables are positioned correctly on the
cable
guides (2), at the bottom roller holders and behind
the mid roller shafts(2). Check that the panel section hangs
centrally between the tracks.
Put the 1st midsection in place (with the handle hole). (3)
If the door has no handle, use the ”bottom” section (the
first section in the package).
Slide in the mid-rollers right and left. (4)
If the door has handle, insert the handle from outside , the
lock mechanism from the inside and tighten the screws
(5). Pull down the “plate” (6) so the holes be free ,drilling
2mm holes and tighten the screws (7)

Put the 2nd mid-section in place. Slide in the mid-rollers
on the right and left hand sides.
Put the remaining mid sections in place (the number of
sections depends on the door height) (1-3), but do not put
the top section in place (the top section is 65 mm shorter
than other sections).
15. TOR
Hang the doorcable over the pulley wheel, slide the pulley
wheel cover in position and fix
with two panel screws (1-4).
Take the door cable to the right and the left drum (3), and
fix the cables on to the drum (4).
Wind up the door cables, running between the spring hold-
ing bracket and the drum, by turning the shaft.
T
ension the spring 1/2 a turn (to keep the door cable
stretched) (5).
Tighten one screw (temporary) on shaft coupling to the
shaft (6).
Repeat for left hand side.
Put the cable guide into the bottom of end cap, right and
left side of bottom section. (7)
Put the spring on the shaft (8), and give the shaft some oil.
Slide the door cable on to the roller shaft. (9)
Turn the rollers into the wall track and fix the bottom
bracket to the section using 5 x panel screws.
ATTENTION: Use the upper hole (10), not to damage the
cable guide.
Repeat for the left hand side.
Store the spring bars in the lintel profile for future use.
Tighten the spring-retainer using the two screws to the
shaft (spring by spring). (3). Oil the springs (4).
Tighten the shaft coupling to the two shaft parts. (1)
Check that the shafts meet in centre of shaft coupling.
Max gap between shafts = 10 mm.
Wind up the spring according to stated number of turns

Open the door fully. Be aware of the area the door moves
through and ensure people and objects are out of the way

If the door has an Assa/KABA cylinder, must the existing
cylinder changes , see separate instruction in the cylinder
