Assembly of the balancing package is the same for
Torsion Front and Torsion Rear concept. Start to assemble
the right half of the balancing package. (Spring is marked
red)
First pull the spring out from the shaft (shaft inside the
spring approx 50 mm, to be able to turn the spring brake
device on to the spring). (1)
The spring brake device should catch on to the spring
hook.
(2)
Push the shaft through the spring brake device until a stop
ring on the shaft meets the bottom of the spring brake
device. (3)
Push the R marked (for right side) drum on the shaft (4)
until the pre-assembled thread-hook locks the drum on the
outside. (5).
Slide the centre-bearing ring on to the shaft. (6)
Slide the shaft coupling on. (7)
Now assemble the left half of the balancing package. Left
spring is marked black.

Assemble the mid-rollers as shown. Oil the roller shaft. (1)
Place two supports, approximately 350mm high on the
floor
on which you will place the bottom section. (2)
Position the bottom section on the supports and in the
wall-tracks. (3)
Insert the mid-rollers to the right and left hand sides (this
will hold the bottom section in position). (4) Fix the mid-
roller with 1 x panelscrew.
10.
Fix clips to both ceiling tracks to secure the spacer bar,
using panel screws. (1)
Support
for ceiling tracks when B > 2250 mm, 1 addi-
tional
hanger to each ceiling track. (2)
Cut any excess from the support bars left protruding from
below the spacer bar on both sides of the spacer bar and
grind the sharp edges (corners) off on all hangers (3).
Clip the side sealing on, start from bottom (4).
Adjustments
Measure from corner to corner. This measurement should
be equal and if not reposition the tracks to ensure they are
parallel and square to the opening. (5)
Adjust the tracks to the door section to ensure the same
distance from door to ceiling track, both right and left
side. Adjust by loosing the distance beam clips, for adjust-
ment of the distance beam side-ways. Put the bracing on
both hangers by drilling 4,5 mm holes in the spacer beam
and fix by track screw (3).
Tighten all screws and nuts at the ceiling hangers.
9.
Ensure both ceiling tracks are level (1), by adjusting the
position
of the spacer bar (2). Fix the curves (no left or
right version). Start to fix and adjust the ceiling-joint (3),
then the joint to the wall-track (4). Use the special round
flat-headed coach-bolt M-6 and collar nuts. Tighten the
lintel / ceiling-track screws (5, 6). Fix the upper ceiling
wall-track part to the wall by the 50 mm screws right and
left track (7). (The lintel gives the distance between the
upper ceiling wall-track parts)
13.
The bottom rubber weather seal has an inbuilt ventila-
tion function. By separating the rubber sealing from the
perforated plastic profile, the ventilator can be closed. Just
turn the rubber part 180° from its original position and re-
assemble the sealing. (1,3)
Apply the bottom door section rubber seal to the bottom
section,
as shown (2,4)
Fix the bottom rubber seal bracket to the centre of the
panel
using 2 panel screws (5).
Sections are packed in the following order: bottom sec-
tion, first mid section, second mid section etc, and top sec-
tion (65 mm shorter than the other sections).
12. TOR
Install the mid ceiling hanger and centre bearing bracket
using M-8 coach bolts. (1)
Install
the spring holding brackets using track screws.(2)
Put the right half of the spring balancing package up by
letting the shaft rest in the centre-bearing bracket. Position
the centre-bearing ring in the bracket. (3)
Hook the spring bracket into the spring holding bracket.
(4)
Fix the spring bracket to the spring holding bracket by one
panel screw. (5)
Put the left half of spring balancing package up and
tighten (temporarily) on screw at the shaft coupling. (6)
Remove the lock pin right and left springs to activate the
spring break device (7).
Install the spring holding brackets and fix to the wall. (1)
Put the right half of spring balancing package up, by
letting
the spring shaft rest in the centre-bearing bracket.
(2)
Hook the spring bracket into the spring holding bracket.
(3)
Fix the spring bracket to the spring holding bracket by 1
panel screw. (4)
Remove the lock pin left and right springs (5). The spring
break device is now activated.
Put the bearing ring on to the centre-bearing bracket. (6)
Put the left half of spring balancing package and tighten
(temporarily) one screw at the shaft coupling. (7)
