Aufstrich gelb
250 g Sonnenblumenkerne
1 kleine Zwiebel oder Schalotte
2 Zehen Knoblauch im Multiboy fein zerkleinern
1 Päckchen getrocknete Aprikosen, ungeschwefelt
½ Päckchen Curry (indisch, 30 g)
etwas Salz
etwas Wasser
Alle Zutaten zu einer Creme rühren, kühl aufbewahren und schnell verbrauchen.
Experimentieren ist erlaubt und macht Spaß.
Fruchtig-rot und feurig
Salat für 2 Personen:
• 1/3 Eisbergsalat in Streifen schneiden und auf zwei Tellern verteilen
• ¼ Rotkohl mit ½ Apfel und etwas roter Chilischote im Multiboy in Etappen zerkleinern
und ringförmig auf den Eisbergsalat geben
• Orangenstücke, Gurkenscheiben und Avocadostreifen abwechselnd auf den
Rotkohlring legen
• Ungeschälte helle Sesamkörner darüber streuen
Apfel und Orange mildern die Schärfe und erfrischen zugleich, die ölige Avocado rundet ab.
Sesam steuert Öl bei und würzt.
Auf Salz habe ich bewusst verzichtet. Wenn Sie die Mischung zusätzlich z.B. mit Kräutersalz ab-
schmecken, bekommen Sie eine herzhafte Variante.
Herbstsalat auf Eisbergblättern
Salat für 2 Personen:
1/3 Eisbergsalat in Streifen schneiden und auf zwei Tellern verteilen
1 Apfel
2 große Möhren
1-2 Blatt Weißkohl mit dem Multiboy fein zerkleinern
1 Stück frischen Ingwer
• Die Mischung mit etwas Zitronensaft beträufeln und ringförmig auf die Eisbergblätter
geben
• ½ rote Paprikaschote und ½ Avocado streifig schneiden, abwechselnd auf den
Gemüsering verteilen
• Kürbiskerne darüber streuen
Ingwer gibt Frische und Schärfe zugleich. Kürbiskerne steuern das nötige Quentchen Öl bei.
Auf Salz habe ich bewusst verzichtet. Wenn Sie die Mischung zusätzlich z.B. mit Kräutersalz ab-
schmecken, bekommen Sie eine herzhafte Variante.
