BEREIDING:
Meng de eieren met de suiker (ook de vanillesuiker). Voeg
vervolgens de bloem en de melk bij dit mengsel. Als laatste
meng je de gesmolten boter bij dit deeg tot je een homogene
massa bekomt.
Tip: stop een sneetje brood in de bewaardoos. Na enkele
dagen is het brood hard, maar zijn je wafels nog lekker vers.
Vervang de harde snee brood gewoon door een nieuwe snee.
PRÉPARATION :
Mélangez les œufs et le sucre (avec le sucre vanillé). Ensuite,
versez la farine et le lait dans ce mélange. Enn, ajoutez
le beurre fondu et mélangez jusqu’à obtention d’une pâte
homogène.
Astuce : déposez une tranche de pain dans la boîte de
conservation des gaufres. Après quelques jours, le pain sera
rassis, mais vos gaufres resteront savoureuses et fraîches. Il
suft de remplacer la tranche de pain rassis par une tranche
de pain frais.

hinzugeben. Zum Schluss die geschmolzene Butter mit diesem
Teig verrühren, bis man eine homogene Masse erhält.
Tipp: Legen Sie eine Scheibe Brot in die Aufbewahrungsdose.
Nach ein paar Tagen ist das Brot hart, aber die Waffeln sind
immer noch schön frisch. Ersetzen Sie einfach die harte
Brotscheibe durch eine neue.
METHOD:
Mix the eggs and sugar (including the vanilla sugar). Add the
our and milk to this mixture. Finally, mix the melted butter into
the dough until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
Tip: put a slice of bread in the storage box. After a few days, the
bread will be hard, but your wafes will remain nice and fresh.
Just replace the hard bread slice with a new one.

> 500 g self-rising our
> 6 eggs
> 375 g (melted) butter
> 300 g sugar
> 1 sachet vanilla sugar
> 1 coffee cup of milk
