ZUBEREITUNG:
Mischen Sie die Kokosnusscreme mit dem Ahornsirup und Zimt zu einer
glatten Masse. Bis zur Verwendung aufbewahren. Mehl, Backpulver,
Zimt, Ingwerpulver, eine Prise Salz und gehackte Pekannüsse in einer
großen Schüssel mischen. Mandelmilch, Vanilleextrakt und Öl in einer
separaten Schüssel zu einer geschmeidigen Konsistenz schlagen.
Vorsichtig die geriebenen Karotten unterheben. Die feuchten
Zutaten zu den trockenen Zutaten hinzufügen und glatt rühren. Das
Waffeleisen vorwärmen und mit Kokosnussöl einfetten. Gießen Sie
etwa 2 große Kellen Teig über das Waffeleisen. Das Waffeleisen
schließen und backen, bis die Waffel schön goldbraun ist (ca. 3 Min.)
Hacken Sie einige zusätzliche Pekannüsse für das Topping und
stapeln Sie 2 Waffeln. Runden Sie jede Waffel mit einem Schuss
Kokosnusscreme, Nüssen und etwas extra Ahornsirup ab.
ZUTATEN:
> 300 g Fertigmehl
> 1,5 Esslöffel Backpulver
> 200 g geriebene Karotten
> 2 Teelöffel Zimt
> 2 Teelöffel Ingwerpulver
> 2 Teelöffel Vanilleextrakt
> 300 ml Mandelmilch
> 8 Esslöffel Ahornsirup
> Prise Salz
> 4 Esslöffel Sonnenblumenöl
> 2 handvoll Pekannüsse
(gehackt)
INGREDIENTS:
> 300 g self-raising our
> 1.5 tbsp baking powder
> 200 g grated carrots
> 2 tsp cinnamon
> 2 tsp ginger powder
> 2 tsp vanilla extract
> 300 ml almond milk
> 8 tbsp maple syrup
> pinch of salt
> 4 tbsp sunower oil
> 2 handfuls of pecans
(nely chopped)
ZUTATEN CREME:
> 1 Dose Kokosnusscreme
> 3 Esslöffel Ahornsirup
> 1 Teelöffel Zimt
COCONUT CREAM
INGREDIENTS
> 1 carton of coconut cream
> 3 tbsp maple syrup
> 1 tsp cinnamon
CARROT CAKE WAFFELN
CARROT CAKE WAFFLES
PREPARATION:
Mix the coconut cream with the maple syrup and cinnamon into a
smooth mixture. Put away until use. Mix the our, baking powder,
cinnamon, ginger powder, pinch of salt and chopped pecans in a
large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the almond milk, vanilla extract
and oil into a smooth whole. Carefully combine with the grated
carrots. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until
smooth.Preheat the wafe iron and grease with coconut oil. Pour
about 2 large ladles of batter onto the wafe iron. Close the wafe
iron and bake until the wafe is nice and golden brown (approx. 3
minutes). Chop some extra pecans for the topping and make stacks
of 2 wafes. Finish each wafe with a dash of coconut cream, nuts and
some extra maple syrup.
