Il pane si è sgonato. · Se il pane si è sgonato su tutti i lati, signica
che l’impasto era troppo umido. Provare
ad aggiungere meno acqua. Se si utilizza
frutta o verdura conservate, è necessario
farle sgocciolare bene e asciugarle prima di
utilizzarle. Sono rimaste impregnate più a
lungo e quindi sono eccessivamente umide.
· Provare a utilizzare un tipo di farina più
leggero.
· L’impasto può anche essere lievitato troppo.
L’impasto è lievitato troppo. Provare a mettere
meno lievito (1-2 grammi solamente). Se
l’impasto è lievitato troppo, è possibile che
sia uscito dallo stampo. Togliere la presa dalla
spina e lasciare rareddare l’apparecchio.
Pulire l’elemento riscaldante.
Il pane nel mezzo non è cotto a sucienza. Se la parte interna del pane non è cotta a
sucienza, è possibile che sia a causa del tipo di
farina utilizzata. In genere questo succede quando
si utilizzano tipi di farina più pesanti, come quella
di segale o quella integrale. Provare a utilizzare
più di un solo processo di impastatura con questi
tipi di farina. Quando la macchina del pane
ha concluso il primo processo di impastatura,
spegnere l’apparecchio. Impostare di nuovo la
macchina e premere il tasto START. La macchina
inizia di nuovo a impastare e c’è una maggiore
quantità di aria nell’impasto.
Il fondo del pane è troppo spesso. Il pane è stato lasciato troppo a lungo
nell’apparecchio con la funzione di mantenimento
del calore. L’acqua evapora e quindi il fondo si
inspessisce troppo. Togliere immediatamente
il pane dall’apparecchio dopo il termine del
programma.
Il pane è uscito dallo stampo. · È stato utilizzato troppo lievito.
· Il lievito è stato attivato troppo, per esempio
perché c’era troppo zucchero o a causa della
temperatura elevata.
Sul display compare H:HH. La macchina è ancora troppo calda. Lasciarla
rareddare completamente.
Sul display compare E:RR. C’è un problema con il sensore di temperatura.
L’apparecchio deve essere inviato al nostro
servizio di assistenza post vendita.
