Doe de ingrediënten in de bakvorm
en kneed het deeg met het DOUGH
programma. Neem hierna het
deeg uit de machine en verdeel
het in 12 bolletjes. Leg ze op een
licht geoliede bakplaat en laat ze
ongeveer 40 minuten rijzen op 40°C.
Besmeer ze hierna met geklopt ei.
Versier eventueel met maanzaad,
sesamzaad, amandelschilfers,
pompoenpitten... en bak de broodjes
in de oven op 200°C.
Mettez les ingrédients dans le
moule et pétrissez la pâte avec le
programme DOUGH. Retirez ensuite
la pâte et répartissez-la en 12 petites
boules. Posez-les sur une plaque de
cuisson légèrement huilée et laissez-
les monter pendant 40 minutes à une
température de 40°C. Enduisez-les
ensuite d'œuf battu. Décorez de
graines de pavot, de sésame, de
citrouille, de copeaux d'amandes, ... et
cuisez les pains dans le four à 200°C.
