Doe de ingrediënten in de bakvorm
en bak het brood op het BASIC
programma. Gebruik best magere
yoghurt, voor een licht en luchtig
brood. Volle yoghurt zal een zwaarder
brood als resultaat geven.
Yoghurt bevat heel wat gezonde bac-
teriën, waardoor het - net als de tar-
wezemelen trouwens - een positieve
invloed heeft op onze spijsvertering.
Met yoghurt kan je ook vele kanten
uit: mager, vol, met fruit... Probeer
dus gerust wat te experimenteren.
Le yoghourt contient de nombreuses
bactéries utiles et a, de ce fait, une
action positive sur notre digestion
- comme le son de froment. Il en
existe aussi de nombreuses variétés:
maigre, entier, aux fruits, ... Tentez
donc quelques expériences.
Mettez les ingrédients dans le moule
et cuisez le pain avec le programme
BASIC. Utilisez de préférence du
yoghourt maigre, pour obtenir un
pain léger et aéré. Le yoghourt entier
rend le pain plus lourd.
